Nelle Cronin –
This is non egr head, what I found first ring is silver sk1 marking up. .011 ring gap for first ring, .010 for second ring. Install oil ring spring pressing together, “no” overlap. I used 1000 grit sand paper and a feeler gauge to file the ring gap. I clearanced the crankcase with a dremel for the larger sleeve. “Thoroughly clean the case after dremel work.” I was almost done with the upgrade until I found out the headgasket was way to big, the bore is 62mm ID on the gasket. The gasket kit says GY6 150 61mm. Looks like a B case large stud distance head gasket. Odd the lower cylinder to crank case seal was perfect. Probably a manufacturer mix up. Other ring gap by math: 2.4 inches of bore x .005 second ring = .012 and 2.4 x .004 top ring .0096. Oil rings are the same as top ring. Variator seal is for a long case.
