Used this on my 2005 Suzuki drz and it’s been running great. Flip the petcock with lever toward the inside of the bike to give yourself enough room to attach the hose. With the selector lever facing out (normal orientation) the nipple on the bottom will be too close to the carb.

Fit fine on my 2002 DRZ400 kick start only model with the factory gas tank. The primary tube with the filter is a lot shorter than stock since this is designed for a 4 wheeler. So if you hit reserve, you’ll be pretty close to running out of gas. It doesn’t leak and is much cheaper than an OEM replacement.

I had to fiddle with this for a few days to get it to seal up. Trick was taking it apart to adjust gasket and then using non-hardening permatex #2 between flange and tank. After those mods it’s been holding for months
