Fits my Small PASGT modified by kustom ACH. I used the black extra padding to fill in random spots. The extra strap for the boa feels kinda odd and will probably interfere with ear defenders, however, it is a snug fit that doesn’t feel like it’s gonna slop around at all. Overall I would say I’m happy with this purchase.
