Bought a used dirt bike for my son and started going through it to address any issues. One nice surprise I found was a cracked stator cover and case lip underneath the cover that had allowed dirt and mud to get inside. I cleaned it all out, repaired the damage to the case as best I could, and inspected the cover. It wasn’t worth the trouble to try and repair. After pricing OEM replacements for something that isn’t integral to the function of the engine, I took a chance on this cover and gasket kit. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The cover itself is well machined and solid, and I had no issues getting to to fit and bolt right on. The gasket itself is nothing special, but it does the job and is good in a pinch. I have a new OEM gasket on hand in case it doesn’t hold up, but for the price, this can’t be beat. I would buy again if needed and absolutely recommend.
