Unless you are a pro, you MUST wear some type of wrist protection. I’m really comfortable on a surfboard and skateboard, so figured my first snowboarding day should be a breeze. But I got these just in case. I’m not exaggerating when I say I would have SNAPPED MY WRISTS like PRETZEL STICKS if it wasn’t for these wrist guards. Even a minor fall on hard packed ice will absolutely break your wrists. These bought me total peace of mind knowing I could beef it and not end up with 2 casts.
