Favian Feest V –
This fits my 1000-5 snugly and provides a thin layer of protection to my origoinal seat vinyl. This cover is vey thin but does provide some protection and prevents the hot vinyl sticky feel when pioneer is parked in the sun. If this material would be thicker with some light padding I would rate 5 stars but it’s just a thin seat cover no padding which is why I rate 4. This was difficult to stretch over the seat, especially the headrests. I couldn’t get the Velcro all the way together on the bottom and backseat, but once the seat is in place, it stays on well enough without the Velcro strapped. I tried to lay this out in the sun for an hour to see if that would help get it stretched over the seat easier, but it was still just a little too tight. Overall, I would still recommend it as it’s very inexpensive for a decent quality sea cover and you don’t have that sticky vinyl or if your original seat is torn up.

The media could not be loaded.Fitting tight is a good thing but that comes at a cost and that cost to me was a very difficult installation. The installation of the bottom was most important to me – see video. The front and back seat of my pioneer 1000-6 are the same so I chose to put these on the back seat to keep dogs from scratching up my vinyl.I gave up installation on the headrest but I’m sure somebody stronger than me could get them on. I got really close – see pics. The back cover is a good fit but it would be easier to take five bolts out and do it with the seat out. All cut-outs are where they need to be (if you get it aligned just right).All in all, they feel very durable and I’m going to provide five stars because although they are very tight to get on, that’s a good thing meaning they won’t slip.
