Let me start off my saying, DO NOT remove your factory D-Rings to install this, as you do not need to. You can install this, and tuck the original d rings out of the way, and also keep all the snaps on your chinstrap.The kit fit on my helmet perfectly. It’s super comfortable, and definitely much easier to fasten without having to take off your gloves. I haven’t noticed any problems, and the build quality is solid.

It is very easy to install, they also have a QR code included of a video to illustrate on how to install it. The quality is good. Works great originally got the one from the helmet shop but it fit way too loose for my arai. This one did just the trick and fits nice and tight.

I have used a similar type of helmet quick release on different helmets for years. This one is a bit larger making it more noticeable until you get used to it. The design allows for use on wider straps which is why I ordered it. A simple design but I was concerned that the screw would loosen and be lost so I used some green loctite for peace of mind. Easier to release than the other brand requiring one hand instead of both.
