Came just in time for the winter storm Blair.First it came compacted and vacuum packed in a box, with a couple of straps and the carry bag in the box.After cutting open the vacuum pack, it took quite a while to separate out the stuck together sides of the cover. The material seems strdyish and thin. But I had to stand on the part that I had separated to get it all the way unstuck. Like pulling the hide off a carcass of a cow or deer if anyone knows what I mean.Once completely opened up I was glad to find a tag labeling the front – a nice touch and useful.I am short but I was able to put it over the front grill and over the extra aluminum roof and with some adjusting got it to cover the bed.Since it is “one size fits most”, it is a bit floppy over the front end.My biggest concern is that my roof edges are a bit pointy (as I point out in the pictures) and with windy conditions and the thin fabric, I hope it does not tear through.The fabric feels like fabricy plastic on the outside and a sort of resin like inside.There are vents, which is good to let air flow move any condensation.I will put foam or pool noodles along the edge of the roof to protect it once this storm passes.I will update if it fails or tears.The disappointment is that the red stripes along the sides are not reflective in the dark.So, over all, I think this is a worthwhile product and will hopefully be almost as good as being in the barn over the winter.Update after several storms, snow and winds up to and even beyond 40mph… It has not only stood up to the elements but kept my mule dry and protected, except that the blustering winds blew it almost off. The strap kept it attached to the mule so at least it did not blow away and it did not tear. So, I did give the stars an upgrade to 5 for now.
