These are perfect for my use, which is primarily to safely and conveniently hang motorcycle helmets in my garage. I have a spare that I’ll likely use to display a replica Star Wars helmet in my Man Cave because I’m a giant nerd. They’re quick and easy to install with a few screws. They’re great for their intended purpose, but I wouldn’t try to use them to bear excessive weight for anything; the metal is as thick as it needs to be to support a few pounds, but you could easily bend it. Recommended.

I’ve been trying to find a hat rack or some way to hang and display a wide brin sun hat. Most don’t extend out far enough to keep the brim from touching the wall. I tried this one out, and it works great. Super easy to install and since I bought two together. i ‘ll find another hat to display.

Looks great on the garage wall with lids and leathers. My wife had one question for me. How many helmets do you need? She has 1, I have 3 and my son has 2 that seems OK. I did screw them into the 2×4 frame in the wall (I don’t trust wall anchors)

the rod that holds the helmet has a 90 degree bend at the wall plate and is welded. makes it much more sturdy than the other set I bought which broke on first load.this set doesn’t have the rubber loop, but has more strength!
