Fits perfectly on my 2003 Yamaha 1300r. Couldn’t be more happy. Now I haven’t tried driving with it on yet. But I use bicycle straps secure what I’m towing. Time will tell. So far I like it. East and it’s works. I’m sure I could’ve pulled it tighter to make it look better. But I like tel reviews and this is as is thrown on and strapped down. The wrinkles are from being packaged.
