I have a Razor on 37s that sits outside, and this cover is perfect for the Florida elements. There is a buckle that snaps on the bottom of the Razor that runs side to side. The only improvement I can think of would be to add one that ran front to back as well. On very windy days, the cover will blow off if not extra secured. I try to pull it tight over the knobs on the tires, but every now and then a gust will grab it.Overall, I’ve very happy with it.
