I was quite impressed with this item for the price – there are a number of sellers with this exact item, up to nearly $50. The steel used is about eighth inch, more than beefy enough for this application. The wooden parts appear to be finger jointed from real wood, not particle board w/wrap. The hardware is nice, and they even provide two allen keys.I did discard the screws and drywall anchors that came in the kit and use three-inch screws into a stud, because I have an armored jacket, two pairs of pants, helmet and a full suit plus all my accessories on the one stand.
