These are great ramps. I had a pair of aluminum arched ramps that were just under 8 ft long. I couldn’t load my riding mower with my truck on level ground for fear of flipping it, had to back up into a ditch which was a pain. The extra length on these ramps has fixed that problem. I can load my mower on level ground, driving it forward into the bed or backing it up into the bed. These ramps are also wider than my previous set, making it easier to line up, and they are much sturdier. The ends are solid across the width, instead of a pair of “prongs” like my previous ramps. This distributes the load instead of having point loads, making it less likely to damage the tailgate. The included straps are a nice touch. Yes, they were expensive, but I wish had gone this route from the beginning instead of wasting time and money on a cheap set. The shorter ones might be fine if you have a truck that’s lower to the ground, but both trucks I’ve owned have had tailgates 36″ above ground, and the 8 footers are just too steep.

Ramps arrive fast, but I was not able to look at them until right before my trip. Upon inspection, the boxes were labeled 120D and 120M. Did not think much of it until I opened them and took them out to put on my truck. One is the standard ramp, the other is the heavy duty ramp. I was leaving for a week on the following morning so used them as is. They work flawless for my lifted truck. Just do not match and I am sure Titan is not going to be happy they sent the more expensive ramp with the order. I wish I would have looked sooner so we could have worked it out as I had to use them if I was going to make my trip.I am interested to hear what Titan thinks and if there is any recourse at this point. I hope to make things right with all of us.

These ramps worked great, strong, extra wide for safety, but heavy, at about 43 pounds each. I returned them because they were to heavy for me to handle. They received the ramps and it has taken 7 days to process the return, then an additional 5 to 7 days to see the return in my account. I find this unacceptable. To sum up: great ramps, heavy, poor return policy.Update: Titan received the ramps, but evidently they cannot count well since they only credited me for one ramp. Once I called Titan again, they realized their error and promised to credit me for the second ramp. However it will take another 5 to 7 days to process this transaction. My recommendation: don’t buy from these people unless you are absolutely sure about what you are ordering. Their return process lacks a lot to be desired.
