This is a very well built and useful trailer! It pulls nice and rides smooth. I’ve been using it almost every day since I put it together. I put a 2×6 floor in it just because we’re pretty abusive around here. I am thinking very hard about buying another. If the manufacturer reads this please don’t install any grease sertz, let the buyer do it. Your packing job was very good but two grease fittings still broke off. Please include a few more washers, and if possible the hitch design might be improved so you don’t get those “clunking” sounds with speed changes. These are small issues. I am very impressed with the product, the shipping, and its performance!Thank You!

The insanely stupid assembly instructions almost cost it a star. I was super careful to sort and label all the bolts. The first step in the instructions is to bolt together the two black ends/halves of the trailer bed. Says to use 4 smaller bolts on the sides and 2 big ones on the bottom edge. Well, the two big ones don’t fit through the holes, so I drilled them bigger. Fine – sort of worked even though the bigger bolts seemed a touch short. Well, turns out these bigger bolts really should be used to bolt the tow bar coupling piece to join the two major pieces of the tow bar. If you use the smaller bolts, the coupling is way to wobbly. Use the bigger bolts and it works better. Of course after drilling out the bed to use the bigger bolts, the smaller bolts did not fit as well. Infuriating. Then, lots of complaints about axle washers. Oh, good, my unit has extra washers included and instructions to use them. Well, the washers are not big enough to fit over the axle to snug up against the wheel (they catch on the threaded shoulder). So off to the hardware store to buy a few large washers with 1″ holes. Again, infuriatingly sloppy. But, once assembled, this little unit worked exactly as advertised. A great alternative to trying to strap a bunch of stuff to your ATV racks. I will likely end up welding up all the joints to make it stronger, and then maybe weld in frame reinforcements (not that it really needs it). BTW, the Amazon suggested Ball Hitch conversion does not work with it. There is one made by Yutrax – go get that instead. This is not the worlds heavy duty trailer. If you want to load it up with bags and bags of say cement….maybe not the right trailer. But for hauling around a few hundred pounds of gear in a small footprint that is easily towed by an ATV – this is a winner.

So its pretty awesome but has some downsides. The instructions were horrible. A quick tip is separate all the bolts and then take pieces of paper and write which bolt is which before you start assembling. And pay attention to the washers. Some bolts get double washers some don’t. The dump function is stupid, it’s too low to the ground to be useful and aside from that mine has a tendency to dump while I’m pulling it cause the latch is misaligned and it pops off. I’m having it welded along with other parts. The shaft that connects to the atv is wobbly due to only having 2 bolts. Will have that welded as well. Yutrax sells a ball hitch that mounts up very nicely to the shaft and feels strong. Buy it. The side mounts seem to be sturdy but the back gate is super short so things just fall out of the back, will have to get something welded there too. Also the mesh at the bottom is kinda thin. Be easy on it. It’s worth putting some plywood down to protect it. Other than those minor things the trailer has a wide stance which is awesome, i got the one with 4 tires which is amazing. It travels over rough terrain so much better and the tires are meaty so it doesn’t slide in the mud. All around I love it over any other trailer on the market despite it’s downsides. I think once I get it welded it will be amazing.
