I use this to cover my chair on a small carrier on the back of my suv. It keeps it free of dirt from the road. We tie it down with the chair so it doesn’t fly free but over many months of highway driving on a daily basis it has not ripped yet! We did buy this one to replace one that wasn’t tied down and did rip. Note to self, tie it down. Would buy again.

Bought this for someone who needed a cover for their mobility scooter. Material-wise it’s thicker than a heavy duty garbage bag, yet thinner than a tarp. Reason for 4-stars is that it doesn’t have handles as advertised in the product photos
