These make loading onto the bed of pick up truck a breeze. I bolted these to two 2”x10”x8’ boards which created a very sturdy and substantial ramp. Be sure to read the instructions that come with these. Others complained that the brackets are too thin for a 2” board to fit into the brackets. But if you read the instructions thoroughly you will see in the diagram that they are not to be fully inserted into the brackets. Otherwise they will not lay flat to the tailgate. I have loaded a very heavy generator on wheels as well as a large snowblower with ease and these handled the weight without any issues!

Item arrived on time. Pleased with item and pricing. I should have went with the unit that had the end plates, the plates that sit on ground so does not ruin the 2×6 used. But I did not because this unit was a little cheaper and I can make my own ground support plates for the ends. The upper ends are great, heavy duty thick molded ramp ends that will last and can be used over and over again. It did come with non slip pads, hardware, and aluminum ramp plates for upper board. Well worth the small price paid. Went immediately and purchased the wood for ramps, put it together (15 minute job) and have used the ramps several times so far, loading a motorcycle and scooter to haul across town. Why buy 100+ ramps when you can put ramps together your self for a fraction of the cost?Totally pleased with purchase and pricing.
