Seems to be better designed than the one replaced. But I recommend planning to replace the fuel hose at the same time. Did not notice until I got the petcock off that the new one has a smaller diameter fuel supply orifice and the existing fuel line was too large. But that was OK as the fuel line needed replacing anyway to prevent future problems.
