Mrs. Rosa Swift II –
It’s compatible with my helmet but which is a Nortec II but it’s a little loose causing my helmet to fog up a little on one side. But it does the job.

I bought the combo face shield and anti fog to replace my original shoei setup. The combo works together just fine and the shield does fit my helmet, but as you can see from the pictures the new shield is just slightly wider and the new antifog might not fit the original shoei shield. Just my opinion but if its time to change out your anti fog you might as well change out the shield too.

By saying that it doesn’t work because the plastic is thinner, when I installed it the silicone it has only holds it when it’s hot you feel the plastic move like it doesn’t work when it’s hot I bought 2 because I like to have extra but in this one occasion it was a bad idea it doesn’t work

Ive used the Pinlock system on almost all my helmets for the past 10+ years. Once installed and adjusted, the system works flawlessly for me. I’ve ridden in torrential down pours with out the Pinlock system, and I’d constantly have to crack the face-shield to defog it.With the Pinlock system, face shield fogging is no longer an issue.A few Tips:1. The system works by creating a sealed double pained window where the insert attaches to the face-shield. Make sure that when installing the insert, you follow the installation instructions and ensure that the arrows (pointer) on the post are facing forward (as the shield sits closed on the helmet). If you encounter any fogging under the installed insert, rotate both Pinlock mounting posts a little at a time (same amount each side), until the fogging stops. Also, when making adjustments, ensure that the post pointers are oriented the same in regards to the helmet: 45 degree’s up and forward, straight up, strait down, etc. This will keep each post’s cam surfaces oriented the same amount and force the insert to move forward equally from both sides.2. The insert is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture), which helps it to absorb any moisture that develops between the shield and insert. It is therefore recommended to never clean the insert with water or allow it to get wet. Doing so will probably not ruin the insert, but it will shorten it’s lifespan. Mine have occasionally gotten a little damp due to rain drops leaking past an unsealed face-shield, but they all have continued to work fine for quite some time.
